2) some salt and ground black pepper to taste
3) 300 g/9 oz of tomatoes, chopped
4) 300/9 oz of bell peppers, chopped
5) 3-4 garlic cloves or to taste, chopped
6) 1 tsp of fresh tarragon leaves or 1/2 tsp of dried tarragon
7) 1 tsp of fresh oregano leaves or 1/2 tsp of dried oregano (marjoram)
8) 2-3 tbsp of olive oil

Step 1: do add some salt over the drumsticks from the tray
Step 2: grind over some black pepper to taste

Step 6: pour about 300 ml/10 fl oz of water into the tray
Step 7: pour olive oil over the chicken drumsticks

Step 9: do remove the foil and place the tray back in the oven at 270C/520F for 20 min or until golden evenly
