Zucchini

1) 1.5 kg/50 oz of zucchini
2) 100 g/3.5 oz of green onions
3) 4-5 garlic cloves or to taste, crushed
4) some salt and ground black pepper to taste
5) 100 ml/3.5 fl oz of olive oil

step 1: cut zucchini into thin slices
step 2: cut green onions into thin slices
step 3: add chopped onions and crushed garlic over zucchini slices
step 4: season with salt and ground pepper to taste
step 5: pour olive oil over zucchini
step 6: combine ingredients very well
step 7: place ingredients into a baking tray
step 8: bake in the oven at 180C/360F for about 1 hour or until golden
step 9: take the tray out from the oven and wait 15 min before serving
