🍴 Springtime Is For Barbecue! 🔥
I’m so happy when spring comes! Why? Simply because I can start my grilling season and make barbecue steak! Even if you can make steak on the stove and in the oven, the meat grilled on charcoal has a delightful taste due to the smoke that adds a unique aroma, which I simply adore!
Therefore, on the first warm days of spring, I am already organizing a barbecue party with family and friends to enjoy some grilled meat. Of course, I also prepare some salads with fresh vegetables, as only spring is the season richest in veggies and we have a unique opportunity to replenish our reserves of minerals and vitamins.
I love barbecue steaks, both beef, and pork, but also spring lamb. Needless to say, I have lots of marinades for each meat type to prepare steaks with various flavors and herbs, which, by the way, are also exuberant in springtime and help me enjoy some of the best steaks of the year.

When you think of barbecue, you probably think of smoked meat, red sauce, and maybe a side of coleslaw. But barbecue is so much more than that! Quick and easy steak recipes cooked inside are often a hit with family and friends, but they can be a bit bland and boring, especially at the end of winter. So, when you’re craving something with a little more smack, then you should give barbecue steak a try.
If you think it’s something complicated, no way! Barbecue steak is a simple dish that requires very little effort, but it’s sure to impress everyone. This is a great weeknight meal or weekend grill party item because it takes less than 20-30 minutes to cook, depending on the meat you’re using. Plus, you can use whatever cheap cuts of meat are on sale, the barbecue steak will be great!

Charcoal is the real deal, you have the lighting of it, the wafting of it to get the flames going and of course the wonderful smell.
However, gas is instant and if perhaps there are just the two of you and you just have let’s say a couple of steaks to cook as opposed to cooking for a crowd with bangers and burgers piled high, then a gas barbecue is more convenient.
Some of you know that for several years I worked, along with John, for a holiday company in France . Our job was to keep the accommodation in good repair, caravans and tents generally.
Every unit was supplied with a barbecue, some gas, some charcoal. One of my best memories of those times was calling on customers and finding them all sat around the barbecue enjoying the evening sun. Happy days! This weekend I have been practicing some recipe ideas for work that is in the pipeline. I am doing demos and talks […]

Actually, I simply love grilling all year long, not just in summer! Of course, summer is the best season for grilling because the days are long and warm, so you can make a grilling party in the evening and enjoy the pleasant coolness of the night while eating some delicious dishes grilled on the charcoal barbecue. 👌
I’m a huge fan of wagyu steak. I can’t afford it often, since it’s very expensive, but for special occasions, I still buy a couple of wagyu beef steaks and grill them on the coal barbecue or fry them in the pan, depending on how the weather and the season it is. 👌
You’ve likely heard of cooking beef steak, but have you ever tried cooking ribeye steak? If you don’t know exactly what ribeye steak is, you can find more information at the bottom of the page. 👌
Drinking wine at home!
What goes better with a delicious meal than quality wine? Nothing, both from my point of view and from the ancient Greeks, who said about wine that it’s the nectar of the gods! Can we contradict them?
