When it comes to the best pulled pork recipes, BBQ pulled pork is my favorite by far. However, this doesn’t mean I don’t like other pulled pork recipes including smoked pulled pork, slow cooker pulled pork, crockpot pulled pork, and so on.

The best thing about BBQ pulled pork is that you can turn it quickly into fabulous pulled pork sandwiches, which are so good that you will hardly stop devouring them after the second or third sandwich, even if you feel your stomach exploding!

The Good Eats host’s pulled pork doesn’t call for a great deal of ingredients. Still, it’s a good idea to have them ready to go for this slow-cooking dish.

First things first, you’re going to have to make the best pulled pork you can if you want it to stay juicy and flavorful for your leftovers meal. Our oven-roasted pulled pork is the easiest (no need for any additional equipment, anyway), and creates those delicious burnt ends where the fat and sauce ingredients have caramelized.
