1) 1.5 kg /50 oz of cauliflower (you can use broccoli instead)u003cbru003e2) a fresh dill bundle (you can use parsley or coriander leaves as well)u003cbru003e3) some salt to tasteu003cbru003e4) 400 g / 14 oz of mayonnaise (bought or homemade)u003cbru003e5) 2 tbsp of sour cream (12% fat)u003cbru003e6) 1/2 tbsp of granulated sugar or to tasteu003cbru003e7) 1 tbsp of mustard (optional)u003cbru003e8) white ground pepper to tasteu003cbru003e9) 2-3 garlic cloves or to taste
