1) 2 eggs
2) 150 g / 5.5 oz of granulated sugar
3) 1 tsp of instant coffee
4) 150 g / 5.5 oz of all-purpose flour
5) 250 ml / 8.5 fl oz of strong coffee
6) 250 ml / 8.5 fl oz of cow milk
7) 300 g / 11 oz of butter (you can use cake margarine as well)
8) 200 g / 7 oz of caster sugar
1) break eggs and place them into a bowl
2) add sugar over eggs and combine ingredients by mixer until sugar is dissolved completely
3) add instant coffee and flour to the bowl, then combine ingredients by hand
4) pour coffee into the bowl and mix ingredients again by hand
5) pour milk into a saucepan, then place the pan to the stovetop over medium temperature
6) wait until milk starts boiling
7) reduce temperature and pour the previously prepared mixture into the milk
8) mix ingredients continuously until you get a smooth and thick cream
9) cover cream with food foil and wait to cool to room temperature
10) place butter at room temperature into a bowl and add gradually caster sugar while combining ingredients by rubbing them with a wooden spoon or a similar kitchen tool
11) add gradually to the bowl coffee cream prepared previously and combine ingredients by hand
12) use this coffee cream filling recipe for various homemade cakes
