Why would anyone say that spring appetizers are the best? Simply because in the spring you can make cold appetizers with lots of fresh vegetables, given that this season is famous for its wealth of healthy veggies!

I really like fresh vegetables both for their delicious taste and for the intake of minerals and vitamins that keep the body healthy. As such, I eat veggies both for breakfast and in the form of “spring appetizers,” which are actually small snacks or party food. Of course, I often use the ones I have left from the night before for breakfast.
