Second, I recommend chopping the greenery very fine, it will stick to the buttered potatoes and no one wants to feel large greenery pieces in the mouth. The amount of used greenery depends entirely on your taste, as well as the greenery type. I use for the recipe dill and parsley most often, but also coriander and even fresh basil leaves, depending on the main dish that I serve at the table.

Also, I mention that this recipe can be prepared with any potato type, but the bests are white potatoes which are especially recommended for boiling and baking.
