Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Rub the garlic and olive oil mixture over the outside and inside of each trout.
  • Stuff each trout with a few slices of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
  • Place the trout on the grill, and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the flesh is opaque and flaky.
  • Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
