Raw Chicken Wings

1) 1 kg/35 oz of chicken wings
2) salt and ground white pepper
3) 2-3 eggs
4) 3-4 tbsp of all-purpose flour
5) 50-100 ml/1.7-3.4 fl oz of cold water
6) 300 ml/10 fl oz sunflower oil for frying

How to make crispy fried chicken wings from scratch?

Crispy Fried Chicken Wings Recipe

1) cut the end of the chicken wings (recommended)
2) season chicken with salt and ground white pepper to taste, and rub the meat well to absorb spices inside
3) cover the bowl with foil and put it in the fridge for about 1 hour (optional)
