1) Bone the chicken breast

Bone the chicken breast if needed, if you’re using skinless boneless chicken breast simply unpack it

2) Prepare the marinade

Pour the olive oil into a small bowl, then add salt, ground black pepper, the rest of the flavorings, and 1-2 tbsp of cold water, then stir the ingredients energetically to combine them well

3) Marinate the chicken breasts

Brush each chicken breast half with the previously prepared marinade all over

4) Seal the chicken breast halves

Pack each chicken breast half individually into aluminum foil so that the package is sealed

5) Place the chicken breast in the oven

Put the packed chicken breast on a tray and place it in the preheated oven at 180C/360F for about 20 minutes, flip the packages after 10 minutes

6) Complete the baked chicken breasts

Unpack the chicken breasts, place back the tray in the oven, increase the temperature to 290C/550F, and roast the chicken breast until golden (about 10 minutes)
