What ingredients do I need for a fresh mushroom stew? ❓

1) 1,5 kg / 50 oz of mushrooms, fresh or frozen – you can use any edible mushroom type
2) 200 g / 7 oz of yellow onion
3) 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil
4) salt and ground black pepper to taste
5) 1 tsp of dry marjoram (oregano)
6) 1 tsp of ginger powder
7) chopped dill, coriander or parsley leaves to taste

How to make a fresh mushroom stew from scratch? ❓

1) chop or slice mushrooms and place them into a skillet
2) fry mushrooms over high temperature until all the water eliminated by them evaporates
3) meanwhile, chop onions small and place them into the skillet
