The great thing is that you can adjust the flavor to suit your preferences. For example, you can add more garlic and other fresh herbs if you like.

What ingredients do you need to cook garlic butter sauce? (recipe for 6 servings)

Raw Cloves of Garlic and Crushed Garlic

1) 5-6 cloves of garlic or to taste for a mild taste (I use up to 12-15 cloves for a very strong garlic flavor!)
2) 6 tbsp of fat butter (over 80% fat)
3) 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
4) some salt and ground white pepper
5) a small bunch of fresh parsley leaves, very finely chopped
6) 1/4 tsp of nutmeg powder

Total Time: 10 minutes

1) Peel and chop the garlic

Peel the garlic cloves, then finely chop, crush, or mince them.

2) Melt the butter

Place the butter into a saucepan, put it on the stove over medium-low temperature, and wait to melt almost completely (1-2 minutes.)

3) Roast the garlic lightly

Add the chopped garlic, reduce the temperature to low, and roast the garlic just until it becomes lightly golden, stir it very frequently (2-3 minutes.)

4) Season the sauce

Pour the fresh lemon juice into the pan, season the ingredients with some salt and white pepper to taste, add the nutmeg powder, and simmer the sauce for about 1 minute while stirring it continuously.
