Tips For The Peach/Apricot Cake Recipe

➡️ The peach cake and apricot cake recipes are some of the most popular fruit cake recipes. Essentially, they are sponge cakes with fresh or canned fruits, so they can be prepared all year long.

➡️ In summer, in the season of ripe apricots and peaches, I recommend using fresh fruit because they are much juicier and more flavorful than canned or frozen fruit.

➡️ However, when using them, fresh fruit must be scalded and peeled before making the cake, otherwise the same procedure must be followed.

➡️ As mentioned above, this sponge cake is very fluffy and light, especially if you keep the dough in the fridge for a longer time.

➡️ The peach or apricot cake can be served simply or with tea, coffee, or milk.

➡️ In addition to peaches or apricots, this recipe can be prepared with other fruits, both fresh and canned. As an example, you could use canned pineapple to make a quick and easy pineapple cake. Or you can use canned pears to make a pear cake.

➡️ Among the fresh fruits that can be used for this recipe, I would mention first of all plums. This fruit is very juicy, and the resulting plum cake tastes fantastic. Just remove the seeds and peel from the plums, then continue the cake in the same way as mentioned above.

➡️ Another fresh fruit that could be used successfully for this homemade cake recipe is mango. Aromatic and rich in juice, mango is perfect to replace apricots or peaches when you do not have them at hand.

➡️ If you are wondering why I use this technique to remove water using salt, the answer is that salt softens cabbage fiber and reduces its volume, so you can make a fresh vegetable salad with an optimal proportion between vegetable ingredients, respectively carrot, and green onion. in this case.

➡️ I know there are many people who like the crunchy texture of slaw cabbage and think that cabbage water is actually a kind of juice, very useful for health. If you are one of them, this Jamaican cabbage salad recipe is not for you and I recommend you look for another cabbage slaw recipe.
