1) 2 kg/70 oz of boneless chicken breast
2) some salt and ground black pepper to taste
3) 250 g/9 oz of all-purpose flour
4) 4-6 eggs, depending on their size
5) 250 g/9 oz of breadcrumbs
6) 300-500 ml/10-17 fl oz of sunflower oil for frying
Step 1: cut the chicken breast into strips of 1-2 fingers wideness
Step 2: season with salt and pepper to taste
Step 3: rub the meat to get the spices better inside
Step 4: coat the chicken strips with flour
Step 5: coat the chicken strips with a beaten egg
Step 6: coat the chicken strips with breadcrumbs
Step 7: pour oil into the pan and wait for it to heat up
Step 8: put the chicken strips in the pan and fry them for 3-4 minutes over medium temperature
Step 9: flip the chicken fingers and fry them for 2-3 minutes more
Step 10: take the homemade chicken strips out of the pan and drain the oil well

On this webpage, I share a very easy homemade chicken strips recipe. Those of you who do not know what chicken strips are, also known as chicken fingers or chicken tenders, are invited to read the information at the bottom of the page. And before those who believe that this preparation is made only with pectoralis minor muscles, I invite them to read the information provided by Wikipedia (read below) about this dish, namely that it can be prepared from the whole chicken breast, not only the muscle that inserts the breast to bone.
The recipe is very similar to the Wienerschnitzel (see below). This is cooked, simply said, by frying the meat in vegetable oil or fat at a very high temperature after it has been coated with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
Despite its simplicity, homemade chicken strips are extremely delicious and I consider this recipe one of the best ways to cook boneless chicken breast. The outer coating is crispy and the chicken breast inside is tender and juicy due to the high temperature at which the meat is fried. Given that the chicken breast is cut into strips it makes the chicken breast even more fragile compared to a classic chicken breast schnitzel.
