Cooking Tips for the Best Results:

  1. Choose Quality Ground Pork: Start with high-quality ground pork, preferably with a good balance of lean and fat. This will ensure that your meatballs are flavorful and moist.
  2. Master the Paprika: Hungarian paprika is a key ingredient, so use it generously. It provides that distinctive smoky and slightly sweet flavor. Make sure your paprika is fresh for the best taste.
  3. Properly Season the Mixture: Ensure even distribution of salt, pepper, and minced garlic throughout the meatball mixture. This can be achieved by mixing the seasoning ingredients with the meat thoroughly.
  4. Test One Meatball First: Before frying the whole batch, it’s a good idea to cook a single meatball to taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. This way, you can fine-tune the flavors to your preference.
  5. Maintain the Right Cooking Temperature: Pan-fry the meatballs over medium heat. This will allow them to cook through evenly without burning the outside. Ensure the meatballs are browned on all sides and cooked through before serving.
