What ingredients do you need for the Hungarian meatball appetizers?

Ground Pork

1) 1 kg/35 oz of ground pork
2) 1 egg
3) 2 tbsp of fine-grained breadcrumbs
4) some salt and ground black pepper to taste
5) 2 tbsp of paprika
6) 2-3 garlic cloves or to taste
7) 300 ml/10 fl oz of sunflower oil for frying

How to make Hungarian meatball appetizers from scratch?

Hungarian Meatball Appetizers

Step 1: do break the egg over the ground meat and add the breadcrumbs
Step 2: do add salt and ground black pepper to taste
Step 3: add paprika and crushed garlic
Step 4: do mix the ingredients well
Step 5: make small-sized meatballs
Step 6: pour the oil into the pan and fry the meatballs
Step 7: flip and fry the meatballs evenly
Step 8: take the meatballs out of the pan and drain them in oil well, then wait to cool before serving them as appetizers
