1) 300 g/10 oz of leftover chicken (baked in the oven or fried on the grill)
2) 300 g/10 oz of canned sweet corn
3) 25 g/1 oz of red onions, sliced thinly
4) 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
5) 4 tablespoons of sour cream (12% fat)
6) some green dill to taste, chopped finely
7) some salt and ground black pepper to taste

Basic Leftover Chicken and Corn Salad Recipe (Easy Cold Appetizer)

Step 1: cut the fried chicken into small pieces (you can use shredded chicken as well)
Step 2: put the mayonnaise in the bowl
Step 3: put the sour cream over the mayonnaise
Step 4: season with salt and ground black pepper to taste
Step 5: add the very thinly sliced red onions
Step 6: add the finely chopped dill
Step 7: add the leftover chicken pieces to the bowl
Step 8: add the sweet corn (rinsed and drained beforehand)
Step 9: combine the ingredients very well by hand, then put the salad appetizer into the fridge for at least 30 minutes (recommended)
