1) wash lettuce well, drain the water, cut it into strips, and place them into a bowl
2) season with some salt to taste and sprinkle over the garlic
3) remove seeds, cut bell peppers into rounds, and place them into the bowl
4) slice thinly the black olives, add them over the pepper rounds, and mix ingredients thoroughly
5) pour olive oil over the vegetables
6) squeeze fresh juice from half an orange over the veggies
7) place coarsely crushed feta pieces over the veggies in the bowl, then serve this fresh vegetable salad immediately
