Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the pizza dough packaging or to 450°F (230°C) for homemade dough.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into your desired pizza size and thickness. Place the rolled-out dough on a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the olive oil over the surface of the dough to create a golden and crisp crust.
  • Evenly spread the pizza sauce over the oiled dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
  • Sprinkle about 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce as the first layer of toppings.
  • Arrange the sliced cooked ham, sliced mushrooms, and pineapple chunks on top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle the dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the toppings for added flavor.
  • Finally, top the pizza with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese to hold everything together.
