Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz bought or homemade pizza dough for a large pizza mold (28 cm/11 inches)
  • 4 tbsp bought or homemade tomato sauce
  • 7 oz Prosciutto ham, Prague ham, pressed ham, or another ham type of your choice (cut into thin slices)
  • 1.5 oz chives or spring onions
  • 5.5 oz canned mushroom
  • 5.5 oz canned pineapple
  • 7 oz grated cheese (Parmesan, Cheddar, or another cheese type)

Instructions
 

  • spread the pizza base into the mold or over the pizza stone
  • brush pizza crust with tomato sauce
  • add a layer of ham slices over tomato sauce
  • finely chop chives or spring onions, then sprinkle them over ham
  • rinse canned mushrooms, drain well, then sprinkle them all over the pizza
  • remove pineapple from the can, drain well the syrup, cube it if necessary or keep slices if you like so, then sprinkle pineapple pieces all over the pizza
  • grate or sprinkle cheese over the pizza into a layer
  • bake the pizza in the preheated oven at 450°F (250°C) until golden brown on top (about 15-20 minutes)
  • remove pizza from the oven, sprinkle some chopped chives on top (optional), wait about 5-10 minutes, then slice it up into pieces of the desired size
