What ingredients do you need for the oven-roasted potatoes?

Raw Potatoes

1) 1.5 kg/50 oz of potatoes
2) 4-6 garlic cloves or to taste
3) salt and ground black pepper to taste
4) 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary or dried thyme
5) 4-6 tablespoons of olive oil

How to make oven-roasted potatoes from scratch?

Oven-Roasted Potatoes

Step 1: peel the potatoes, then cut them into medium-sized cubes
Step 2: put the potatoes in a bowl and add finely chopped or crushed garlic
Step 3: season with salt and pepper to taste
Step 4: sprinkle over some dried rosemary or dried thyme
Step 5: pour olive oil over the potatoes
Step 6: do mix the ingredients very well
Step 7: put the potatoes in a tray coated with baking paper
Step 8: fry the potatoes in the oven at 250 C/480 F for about 15 minutes, then flip them and fry for another 5-10 minutes or until golden
