What ingredients do I need for the rice meatballs recipe?

Ground Pork

1) 2 kg/70 oz of ground pork
2) 600 g/21 oz of rice
3) 2 eggs
4) some salt and ground pepper to taste
5) 1 large fresh dill bundle
6) 3 l/100 fl oz of beef or chicken stock
7) 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
8) 200 g/7 oz of all-purpose flour
9) 1 l/35 fl oz of cow milk
10) 500 g/17 oz of sour cream (12% fat)

How to make rice meatballs in dill sour cream sauce from scratch?

Rice Pork Meatballs in Dill Sour Cream Sauce

Step 1: do place the rice over the ground pork
Step 2: do add the eggs
Step 3: season with salt and ground pepper to taste
Step 4: combine ingredients well by hand
Step 5: make medium meatballs
Step 6: do bring the stock to a boil, add meatballs, and boil them until rising to the surface
Step 7: take out and drain the meatballs, and set them aside
Step 8: pour oil into a saucepan and wait to heat up
Step 9: do add the chopped dill and fry it for about 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously
Step 10: pour 200 ml/7 fl oz of milk over the flour gradually while mixing ingredients energetically
Step 11: pour the remaining milk into the saucepan and bring it to a boil
Step 12: meanwhile, season with salt and ground pepper to taste
Step 13: pour the flour mixture into the saucepan while stirring, then boil the sauce until starts bubbling
Step 14: reduce temperature, do add the sour cream into the saucepan and combine the ingredients
Step 15: place boiled rice meatballs into the dill sour cream sauce
