Tips for The Greek Roast Leg Of Lamb Recipe
➡️ I always enjoy cooking both a leg of lamb and a lamb shoulder! Actually, lamb is at the top of my favorite food recipes!
➡️ I cook lamb in many ways, and roasting is one of my favorite ways to enjoy this delicious meat. I often use boneless leg of lamb, but I also like lamb shoulder, lamb ribs, and lamb neck.
➡️ Roast lamb can be prepared with different ingredients. Many times, I use red wine because the steak is more flavorful and the meat is tenderer than cooked by other methods.
➡️ I usually cook lamb on the bone because the roast is juicier. However, a boneless lamb leg or a boneless lamb shoulder are also good choices to enjoy fantastic roasted lamb the Greek way!
➡️ The recipe for roast leg of lamb shown on this page and in the embedded video is based on an authentic Greek lamb steak recipe. Unlike the traditional Greek recipe, I use more garlic and sometimes do not include lemon in the ingredients.
