Sweet Cabbage Heads

1) 2,5 kg/90 oz of raw white cabbage
2) 750 g/27 oz of tomatoes
3) 1 large dill bundle
4) some salt to taste
5) 100 ml/3.5 fl oz of olive oil

Tomato Cabbage Casserole

1) shred or cut the cabbage into strips with the knife
2) cut tomatoes into cubes
3) chop de dill coarsely
4) place half of the cabbage in a layer into a large tray, then add all over tomato pieces
5) sprinkle chopped dill all over
6) season with some salt to taste
7) place the rest of the cabbage into a layer
8) pour a little olive oil all over
9) pour a little water just to immerse the vegetables about 2/3, then place the tray in the oven at 200C/390F for 20 minutes
10) take the tray out of the oven and mix the ingredients, then put the tray back in the oven, repeat this operation every 10-15 minutes until the veggies are soft and the liquid in the tray low (in total, you need about 30 minutes or so)
