Powdered Sugar

1) 200 g/7 oz of powdered sugar
2) 1 tbsp of sunflower oil
3) 1 tbsp of vanilla essence
4) 4 tbsp of hot cow milk

Vanilla Frosting Recipe for Cakes

1) place caster sugar into a bowl
2) pour milk into a saucepan and place it on the stovetop over medium temperature
3) wait until the milk is hot, then take the saucepan off the stove
4) pour a spoon of oil over the sugar, then pour vanilla essence and hot milk into the bowl
5) combine ingredients from the bowl by hand until you get a smooth icing or frosting
6) pour icing gradually over bundt cake, cupcakes, or another cake type and let it flow naturally down on the side
7) wait to harden vanilla frosting completely (at least 3 hours)
8) slice cake up as desired if necessary, then serve it
