One of the classic tart recipes I often make is French apple tart, also known as Tatin tart. However, sweet tarts can be prepared without fruit. A telling example is the vanilla tart recipe that I share on this page.
As far as I know, it is an original vanilla tart recipe that I have not found anywhere else on the internet. This does not mean that such an idea did not come to anyone else, only that it is not known.
Returning to the recipe, it is extremely simple and contains few ingredients, so it is accessible to anyone. Moreover, the preparation time is reduced, so you can quickly make an exceptionally tasty dessert with very little effort and resources.
Also, the custard cream is a simple vanilla pudding that can be prepared in just a few minutes! Simple and handy ingredients do not mean that vanilla tart is not delicious! On the contrary, it is so good that it is difficult not to take a second or even a third slice from the plate!
Regarding almond flakes, it is not mandatory to use them if they are not handy or you do not like them. However, I recommend you to ornate the tart with almond flakes both because it gives a special look to the cake and because the taste of almonds matches very well with that of vanilla.
Of course, you can also decorate the tart with other ingredients, such as pistachios or hazelnuts, both of which go well with vanilla pudding cream.
The last recommendation is to consume vanilla tart only after it cools to room temperature to avoid draining the custard cream from the dough shell. However, you should eat the tart the day you bake it because the next day the dough dries out and is no longer crispy.
Enjoy the easy vanilla tart recipe!
Those who do not know what a tart is are asked to read the information below.
A tart is a baked dish consisting of a filling over a pastry base with an open-top not covered with pastry. The pastry is usually shortcrust pastry; the filling may be sweet or savory, though modern tarts are usually fruit-based, sometimes with custard. Tartlet refers to a miniature tart; an example would be egg tarts. The categories of “tart”, “flan”, “quiche”, and “pie” overlap, with no sharp distinctions.
There are many types of tarts, with popular varieties including Treacle tart, meringue tart, tart Tatin and Bakewell tart. A jam tart uses jam in place of fresh fruit.Tart (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tart)
Traditional practices around the world have found a number of wide-ranging therapeutic uses for vanilla, including as an aphrodisiac and to aid with gas relief. Studies have shown that both the flavor and aroma of vanilla can offer some health benefits, including:
Provides a Calming Effect
Research shows that vanilla has a calming effect on newborns born prematurely who smell vanilla before and during a blood test. The smell of vanilla also lessens crying in newborns.
Smelling vanilla can have calming effects on adults too. It can reduce startle reflexes and also provide some relief from sleep apnea, a sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts.
Helps Curb Sugar Intake
Because vanilla has fewer calories and carbohydrates than sugar, it can be used to reduce your sugar intake. Using vanilla as a sugar substitute also can reduce high blood glucose levels and help you lead a more heart-healthy lifestyle.
The alcohol in the vanilla extract can numb some toothache pain, while its antioxidants may provide healing effects. To use this alternative remedy, put a couple of drops of vanilla extract on a cotton ball and apply it to the affected area in your mouth.Health Benefits of Vanilla (https://www.webmd.com/diet/health-benefits-vanilla)
