1) 500 g/17 oz of white beans, red kidney beans, or another bean type (you can use canned beans as well)
2) some salt and ground white pepper
3) 8 tbsp of sour cream (12% fat)
4) 4 tbsp of mayonnaise
5) 2 tbsp of mustard
6) a small fresh dill bundle
7) 100 g/3.5 oz of red onions
8) 100 g/3.5 oz of carrots
9) 200 g/7 oz of pickled cucumbers
1) boil beans in salted water until soft, drain the water, place them into a bowl, and wait to cool to room temperature (skip this step if you’re using canned beans)
2) place sour cream into a bowl and add some salt and ground white pepper to taste
3) add mayonnaise and mustard over the cream, then combine ingredients
4) chop the dill, add it over the cream, and mix ingredients again
5) peel, wedge finely, and add onions over beans
6) peel, grate finely and add carrots over beans
7) drain pickles, cut them into thin slices, and add them over beans
8) pour sour cream sauce over beans, combine ingredients thoroughly by hand, then place this salad appetizer into the fridge for at least 1 hour (recommended)
