2) Prepare the marinade

Place the olive oil into a bowl, add the rest of the seasonings, 1-2 tbsp of warm water, and mix the ingredients thoroughly to combine them well

3) Marinate the wings

Pour the marinade over the wings and rub well to coat them evenly.

4) Line the tray with baking paper

Line a tray with baking paper and place the wings into a single layer so that remains some space between them.

5) Put the tray in the oven

Preheat the tray at 250C/480F, put the tray inside, and bake the wings until golden on top (about 30 minutes)

6) Roast the wings evenly

Flip the wings, roast them evenly until golden brown all over (about 20 minutes), then serve them immediately or let them cool if used as party food
