Notes

Cooking Tips:
  1. Use a baking sheet with a rim: Roasting chicken wings in the oven can result in a lot of drippings. Using a baking sheet with a rim will prevent the drippings from spilling over and making a mess in your oven.
  2. Pat the wings dry: Before roasting the wings, it’s important to make sure they are completely dry. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. This will help them roast evenly and develop a crispy skin.
  3. Season generously: Chicken wings can be a bit bland on their own, so it’s important to season them generously with your desired spices and seasonings. Don’t be afraid to get creative with your flavor combinations.
  4. Use a meat thermometer: To ensure that the wings are fully cooked, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. They should reach a temperature of 165°F (74°C) at the thickest part.
  5. Let them rest before serving: Once the wings are done roasting, let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute and ensures that the meat is juicy and tender.
