3) 1 tsp of vanilla extract
4) 200 ml/7 fl oz of whipped cream

7) 20 g/0.7 oz of cake gelatin

Banana Cream Filling

1) place cheese into a bowl, add caster sugar over it and combine them by mixer
2) add vanilla extract and continue mixing
3) add whipped cream and combine ingredients again
4) crush bananas by fork or kitchen robot until you get a fine paste
5) add fresh juice from half a lemon to bananas while crushing to avoid browning them
6) add the banana puree to the previously prepared mixture and combine ingredients by hand
7) dissolve gelatin as instructed on the package, then add it to the banana cream and mix ingredients by hand
8) place banana cream filling into the fridge to harden for at least 30 minutes before using it to make a cake
